Happy Valley Customs is a one-woman shop. Every piece is designed, stitched, and packaged by Hannah herself. No print-on-demand, no drop-shipping, just thoughtful, small-batch production. Every order is handled with care from start to finish.
It started in 2020 with a Cricut, a dorm room, and a few game day pieces for her freshman year at Penn State. Hannah just wanted something fun to wear for moments that felt special—and quickly realized her friends did too. Tailgates. Big-little reveals. Game days. Bachelorette weekends.
What began as a small hobby slowly grew into something more. Orders picked up, an Etsy shop followed, and now this website—marking the next chapter of the brand. Over time, both Hannah and her work evolved. From simple iron-on designs to printed pieces, and now to detailed, custom embroidery. Today, Happy Valley Customs has fulfilled thousands of orders, each one made in small batches, designed with intention, and stitched in-house. You place an order, she handle the details, and you get something made just for you.

Design
Pick your style, add your details, letters, colors, logo. Reach out to Hannah with any specific questions.

Review
Each customization is carefully reviewed before it hits the machine. You'll be contacted if any details need to be confirmed or refined.

Stitch and ship
Production runs 3-4 weeks. Hand-packed, often with a note. Tracking goes out the minute your order is on its way.
